VALUE SCOUT’s main objectives can be articulated as follows:

• To establish a validated pattern of association of social values to culture and sport activities and subjects teaching in school curriculum.
• To set up a sound methodological framework for the observation, analysis and mapping of good practices and relevant critical dimensions, with regards to curriculum design and implementation including extra-curricular culture and sport activities of youngsters (school-aged citizens) in Europe.
• To develop an indicators framework for policy support addressing the needs of design and assessment policies and measures related to culture and sport education as well as other interdisciplinary subjects aimed at transferring fundamental values such as tolerance, comprehension, solidarity, and mutual respect.
• To promote transnational activities aimed at furthering the research and discourse on the topics addressed, by building a sustainable network of stakeholders to support project implementation and further dissemination.
